Several months ago, I was asked to write an article about leadership. More specifically: what does our core value of leadership mean from a perspective of support for our goal of excellence?
At LaPlante Real Estate, service is our primary function. We are committed to doing good for other people. This passion is our purpose and the source of our economic growth. We call it our service triangle.
In today’s culture, accountability seems to be a dirty word. It sounds too much like personal responsibility. But I believe it’s an essential part of being an effective and impactful member of society.
