LaPlante Real Estate appreciates referrals and offers a one-time payment to licensed real estate agents of $100/unit, payable within 10 business days of the Referred Client onboarding with LaPlante Real Estate property management and funding their account.
LaPlante Real Estate will also strengthen the agent-client relationship through a good-faith effort to support referring agents to evaluate client deals to be easily onboarded/ managed units. Should the referred client ask to be paired with an agent, LaPlante Real Estate will make a good faith effort to direct the Referred Client back to the Referring Agent.
